We're seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you'll lead a passionate digital marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to devise and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with various internal teams to implement strategies effectively and optimize resources.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop the Digital Marketing team to ensure high performance and growth.
- Customer Experience : Work closely with the Senior E-commerce Manager to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Channel Management : Oversee all digital channels, including paid search, social media, email & mobile marketing, affiliates, Programmatic, and CTV bookings.
- Budget Oversight : Manage digital budget allocation across channels, track spending, and propose adjustments as needed.
- Innovation and Learning : Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with digital vendors and affiliate agencies.
- Feedback Expertise : Provide constructive feedback in creative and media reviews to uphold brand integrity.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience : Minimum 8-10 years experience in paid social marketing, with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
