Business group : Global Fraud Authentication
Global Fraud Authentication is for all business lines, channels, and products in all markets / countries in which the Bank operates ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Project : Shield is a risk-based authentication solution being implemented as part of the layered fraud strategy. The fraud solution uses advanced risk models and profiling to assess behavioural attributes and involves multifaceted data that requires streamlining for business needs.

Typical Day in Role :
- They will be in charge of keeping track, updated and refining the fraud data requirements for the project.
- They are working with our project team to ensure their reporting needs are met and ensure documentations are translated correctly into the report.
- They will have the ability to demo to the business and know how to provide mock-ups and enhance documentation as required.
- Be part of daily stand-up sprint meetings and sprint planning.
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills :
1. At least 5 years of overall hands-on experience as a Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL, python and / or BigQuery
3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server
4. Prior Agile work environment exposure
5. Excellent communication skills as this contractor will be interacting with the business group
Nice-To-Have Skills :
1. Confluence and JIRA experience.
2. Documentation experience from previous Business Analyst roles (review data mapping, creating reference documents)
3. Prior North American Banking or FI experience
4. Prior User Onboarding experience onto a Power BI Server would be an asset

- Well-developed communication skills, including precise articulation of ideas and opinions to prepare detailed business cases and proposals.
- Solutions-oriented and ability to develop and create innovative solutions to critical business or organizational data issues
Education :
Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field.
