Controller Job Permanent, onsite Squamish, BC
Salary : $85,000-95,000 (35 hour work week with an exceptional benefits package!)

Key Responsibilities :
Financial Leadership : Lead and motivate a dedicated finance team, setting clear goals that align with our strategic objectives.
Develop and guide your team, fostering an environment of growth and efficiency.
Financial Operations Management : Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring meticulous handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing.
Oversee all financial transactions and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Strategic Financial Oversight : Participate in key strategic decisions as a member of the management team. Lead annual budget preparations, engage in financial forecasting, and provide insightful analysis that supports decision-making processes.
- System and Compliance Management : Oversee financial systems to ensure reliability and security. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and fiscal reporting requirements.
Job Requirements :
- CPA designation or equivalent experience in financial management.
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience and supervisory experience.
- Accounting experience within the non-profit sector is preferred, but not necessary.
- Exceptional communication, inter-personal skills
- Strong team leadership skills.
