Summary
Location : YYZ or YUL
As an FBO Sales Manager you will be responsible to develop new sales opportunities while maintaining favorable relations with our current customer base across Canada and the US.
The incumbent will be required to coordinate with regional managers to offer a wide range of ancillary FBO services to customers including corporate, transient, and special mission clients.
Responsibilities
- Developing business opportunities for FBO services for both fleet operators and the transient aircraft market to increase traffic and volume in our FBO network
- Work with fleet operators to create bundled service packages for aviation clients
- Develop and implement a loyalty program across the entire FBO business network
- Develop sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities to expand client base.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to align sales goals with the overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by continually evaluating needs and providing service solutions
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers based on their specific requirements.
- Engage in negotiation processes to finalize terms and conditions of sales agreements.
- Ensure that agreements are aligned with company policies and profitability targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- University degree or 5+ years' experience in FBO sales or operations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A consistent track record of business development success.
- Experience in negotiation and client-facing problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms.
- Valid passport and availability to travel as needed
- Business / Corporate aircraft experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
