Typical tasks andactivities ociated with role include but are not limited to thefollowing :
- a) Provide systems administration and systemsoperations support including setting up user access user profilesbackup and recovery and daytoday computer systemsoperations;
- b) Perform software upgrades and applypatches;
- c) Provide customer interface to ensure requestedchanges are implemented;
d) Monitor computer workloadtrends and make adjustments to ensure optimum utilization ofcomputer resources; and
e) Provide expertise in the areasof IT Infrastructure Servers and Operating Systems to developmentteams.
- Troubleing and makingmodifications in Digital Workplace Catalog (DWPC) andDWP
- Data configuration and installing / patchingBMC ITSM (ARS AI CMDB ITSM RKM SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP &DWPC all v20.x and newer
- Smart Reportinginstall configurations and customization as per the clientrequirements
- Review remedy workflow viadevstudio and trouble performance issues including enabling logsand identifying workflows or platform aspects from a root causeysis
- Ability to run BMC utilities for post DBcopy updates foundation data loads (manually or through DMTtool)
- yzing SOAP REST and atriumintegratorbased integrations
Managing BMC ITSMapplication suite in development environment within Linuxinfrastructure
