We are looking for a Lead QA professionals with experience testing Dynamics Finance & Operations solutions. This is an exciting project in a collaborative team that offers you the opportunity to expand your experience.
As a lead, you have been working as a Quality Assurance for at least 5 years with broad experience with Microsoft Cloud platform.
The successful candidate will be responsiblefor developing a QA strategy the client’s new and existing applications, platformsand services.
The QA Lead will collaborate with IT leadership, develop and leadthe QA practice, and guide the team to higher quality production releases byleveraging best practices from industry.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of all QA activities and deliverables
- Provide guidance to team in terms of policy and procedure
- Report issues and propose resolutions to IT operations, application support and development teams
- Assist Program / Project Managers with detailed project planning and work-effort estimates for QA phases
- Manage and coordinate the testing efforts with other internal groups, including business, BAs, Development, Configuration, Production Application Support, and external clients
- Provide inputs in the analysis of business requirements, user interface design, test requirements, and risk analysis
- Define, review and update project based test strategies
- Develop, review and maintain test plans
- Define and maintain quality standards, policies and procedures
- Provide status updates and report issues to project management and IT leadership
- Ensure the project milestones for the testing phases are met
- Sets realistic and achievable expectations for deliverables
- Execute tasks by doing hands-on work as anindividual contributor when needed
