PositionOverview :
We areseeking a highly skilled Test Lead with proven leadershipcapabilities and handson expertise in key testing tools. The idealcandidate will lead a team of approximately 10 testers whileactively participating in handson testing activities.
This role involves ensuring endtoend quality ofapplications across the entireportfolio.
Responsibilities :
- Overseethe quality of the entire application development lifecycle fromplanning throughdelivery.
- Optimizeresource allocation throughout the testing lifecycle to maximizeefficiency.
- Planmanage and lead the design and execution of comprehensive teststrategies including test plans andscenarios.
- Collaboratewith project managers and stakeholders to ensure test strategiesalign with projectobjectives.
- Establishproactive monitoring processes and create application healthdashboards while maintaining focus on detailedexecution.
- Provideactionable insights on testing and user stories during thedevelopment phase to ensure alignment with qualityobjectives.
- LeverageAI and automation tools to improve testing efficiency and teamproductivity.
- Leadmentor and coach the testing team to achieve deadlines and upholdqualitystandards.

- Significantexperience managing the quality of largescale complex technicalportfolios.
- Proficientin unit testing coverage and its impact on the overall testingstrategy.
