We are recruiting a talented and dynamic receptionist / administrative assistant to join our team. As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in the smooth running of our business.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome visitors and customers warmly in person or over the phone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Perform administrative tasks such as mail handling, data entry, document preparation and record keeping.
- Plan and organize appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation reservations for employees.
- Support team members in their daily tasks.
Profile
- Skills required :
- College diploma in secretarial, office automation or related field.
- Excellent command of verbal and written communication in French and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
Regular work schedule, generally full-time.
Possibility of working certain evenings or weekends depending on the needs of the dental office.
