Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, putting in 120% effort to help us build and expand an energy department. This role requires a professional who can leverage their vast experience to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in Ontario.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on energy projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
