Reporting to the Food & BeverageStores Manager responsibilities and essential job functions includebut are not limited to thefollowing :
- Move stock from receivingarea to stores and kitchens.
- Rotate storeproducts with date stamping.
- Ensures accurateand prompt distribution of products to all departments throughstaff supervision and performance.
- Maintainsaccurate documentation of all issues for reportingpurposes.
- Fill requisitions inventory tomaintain minimum / maximum pars.
- Use of theBirchStreet system for the reorder issuing and receivingprocess.
- Daily cleaning ofstores.
- Perform additional duties asrequired.
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift20kg weights on a continual basis during receivingprocess.
- Previous experience in food orhospitality industry preferred
- Complies withall Health and Safety regulations
- Generalknowledge of food and beverage specifications quality standards andreceiving practices
- Knowledge of MS Officeapplications
