The Role
Our Work & Career Architecture practice helps clients design, analyze, and measure work to optimize jobs and get the right people in the right roles, improving organizational effectiveness.
We bring the insight we gain through work measurement to help clients understand, calibrate, and organize work creating linkages to talent that help people work differently.
The work is organized in four different parts :
- Unders tanding & de signing work : We understand what existing, new and emerging work needs to get done, in different ways
- Measuring & leveling work : We measure and organize work into pay levels to support pay equity and pay cost optimization
- Designing job architecture : We design frameworks that organize jobs into custom levels and families so clients can see work across the organization and build datasets for HRIS system implementation
- Connecting work and talent : We connect work and talent through career pathing solutions
We capitalize on our work class intellectual property to bring high-impact differentiating solutions that help clients make sense of work and the talent they need to get it done.
