Job description
We are looking for an experienced accounts payable technician to join our client's team. The incumbent will work with several departments, in particular the entertainment divisions, and will play a key role in managing accounts payable for major events.
This full-time position includes flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to challenging projects.

Responsibilities
Manage the accounts payable cycle : invoice processing, statement verification and follow-up with suppliers and internal partners.
Import transactions from various financial systems.
Assist in the preparation of tax documents (T4A, T4ANR) and tax receipts.
Support preparation of year-end files for auditors.
Produce and analyze regular supplier reports.
File and archive accounting documents.
Provide general support to finance team.
Qualifications
College diploma in accounting or related field.
Minimum 7 years' experience in accounts payable or similar role.
Knowledge of Great Plains (asset) and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Desired qualities : autonomy, organization, thoroughness, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
