Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Manage an existing book of business by working closely with Producers and Insurance companies to ensure smooth account management.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the business, including the processing of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, and general inquiries (phone calls, emails).
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to support the growth and success of the brokerage.
- Represent Five Star Insurance at industry events and foster strong relationships with insurance carriers.
- Provide mentorship and support to new producers and other team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve success.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Active RIBO License in good standing.
- Proven success in attracting and retaining commercial clients.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations effectively.
- Attention to detail, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results.
