What You Will Do
- Extract water using truck mount and portable pumps
- Assist with demolition of non-restorable building material
- Assist with setting up drying equipment as per established procedures
- Monitor drying process and adjust equipment as required
- Work within an On-Call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What You Have
- Clean Criminal Record
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Experience driving / parking a panel van and cube truck
- Ability to lift industrial fans 30-40 lbs
- Ability to load / unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers 75-100 lbs
- Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
- Safely use of power tools and hand tools
- Experience in custodial work, pressure washing, carpet cleaning (considered an asset)
