As we expand our operations globally, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team.
Blackstone is looking for a self-motivated, well-rounded individual with a positive attitude to fulfill the role of HVOF Coordinator out of our Sherwood Park, AB location.
This position is in office with the requirement to travel to job sites as required to conduct inspections, and support staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Providing staff with the necessary support and resources to effectively do their jobs to the best of their abilities
- Providing management with timely reports that outline group productivity and workplace improvements
- Organizing day to day logistical direction
- Communicating the goals of management to the field teams and other employees
- Ensuring that all company policies and government guidelines are respected throughout the area
- Act as the point of contact for employees
- Provide scheduling of equipment for day to day tasks
- Obtain quotes and purchase orders to support job loadout and field execution
- Client relationships and sales
- Coordinate flushing equipment at the shop. (Function test, certification and loading of equipment)
- PPE equipment orders
- Coordination of safety training, orientations, onboarding of personnel
- Review of service orders and job paperwork
- CVIP on vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Oil Flushing
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Good computer skills and able to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required) as well as e-mail
- Ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously, as required
- Ability to work under stringent time constraints
- Ability to set and adjust priorities to meet simultaneous needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and high analytical skills
- Detail oriented
