Responsibilities :
Manage the development consolidation and review of quarterlyexpense reporting deliverables including identifying key metricstrends insights andrecommendations.
Develop andmanage Workiva expense dashboards and presentations to trackprogress on key expense initiatives and financialdiscipline.
Lead and supportexpense analyses to enhance executive insights focusing on IFRS17segmented reporting and identify key drivers to improve operatingleverage.
Participate incrossfunctional initiatives to advance business goals includingproblemsolving and continuous improvementefforts.
Support other criticaltasks within the Management Insights & Analysis team andlead strategic Canadian / Corporate projects asneeded.
Contribute to the annualCanadian Strategic Plan and Business Plan in collaboration with theFinancial Planning and Analysisteam.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Must hold an Accounting designation (CPA / CMA / CA / CGA) with at least7 to 10 years of progressive experience in financial expense orstrategic management functions.
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with aproactive and flexible approach.
Strong attention to detail particularly in delivering qualitymaterials to an executiveaudience.
Excellent communicationskills with the ability to present information in a compellingsuccinct and diplomatic manner.
Acommitment to continuous improvement and a positive resultsdrivenattitude.
