The Role

You will be responsible for :

Responsible for conducting Front-End & Back-End Development, Database Management, Quality assurance, Application / System Integration and Deployment.

Front-End & Back-End Development :

• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks e.g. React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design mockups into functional web applications.
• To design and implement server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• To ensure data security, integrity, and reliability through robust authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms.

Database Management :

• To design, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• To write efficient SQL or NoSQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as required by the application logic.
• To implement database indexing, caching, and other performance optimization techniques.

Quality Assurance :

• To write and execute tests to maintain software reliability.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Continuous Integration & Deployment :

• To implement CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• To work closely with DevOps engineers to deploy applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Must possess at least 6-7 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications and projects.

Working experience in MNC companies is valuable).

• Must be proficient in front-end and back-end programming languages, frameworks, and libraries.
• Solid understanding of software & web application development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work in a team and independently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (global team). Preferably multilingual especially in Mandarin.
