Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and sustained relationships.
- Oversee client onboarding, manage file assignments, and conduct thorough file reviews for corporate and personal accounts.
- Lead and execute client service plans on complex projects, collaborating with Partners to exceed client expectations while addressing potential business risks.
- Oversee workflow distribution within the department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Mentor junior staff members to support their professional development.
- Contribute to new business initiatives and the firm’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- CPA designation required.
- Deep understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, CaseWare, Profile, TaxCycle, Jazzit, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of coaching and developing team members.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a senior role within public accounting.
