About the Role :
The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for finding new customers and increasing sales with current ones. They will also work with other teams to make sure the organization runs smoothly and can take advantage of new opportunities.
This role requires strong professionalism, integrity, and a focus on meeting goals that benefit customers and employees.
What you’ll do :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding sales with existing customers to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to foster a motivated and successful sales force.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and support to encourage repeat business.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and market dynamics to effectively guide the sales team and provide valuable insights to customers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales environment and a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Solid business acumen with a strong understanding of business principles, financial performance, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in building relationships, delivering presentations, and communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.
