Description
The Nemolizumab Product Manager, brand and digital marketing; is responsible for supporting the launch of Nemolizumab into the specialty dermatology market by managing and executing the marketing plan including the digital marketing plan.
This role will collaborate with other members of the Therapeutic Dermatology business unit and cross-functional partners as the ongoing brand planning process continues and functional plans evolve.
Collaboration with the other business units in Galderma Canada; finding opportunities to advance the integrated dermatology strategy (IDS) for Galderma.
Key Responsibilities
Supports the development and implementation of the brand marketing and brand digital marketing tactical plans based on customers / patients' needs in alignment with local & global marketing departments.
Develops, completes and executes the tactical plans within timelines and marketing budget. As well as, within the frame of compliance regulations.
Demonstrate marketing leadership with to ensure that all aspects of the brand plan are executed on time and on budget.
- Support forecasting assumptions and ensure they are backed by data and in alignment with global process.
- Collaboration with the Cx, Ax & Rx teams to deploy sales and marketing strategies, and leverage Galderma’s integrated dermatology strategy
- Evaluate and measure the performance of marketing tactics and make recommendations to optimize plans based on learnings from the market research, sales results, and field insights
- Establish solid relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Dermatology, including professional organizations and help identify new opportunities to strengthen brand collaboration / recommendations
- Have deep understanding of the industry and competitors; identify and translate market trends and market research to create new ideas for professional pieces and communication
- Seek financial improvements, including promotional mix,ROI on marketing and promotional expenditures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, required
- A minimum of three (3) years of healthcare marketing, specialty pharmaceutical or rare disease experience preferred
- Dermatology experience an asset
- Experience with driving brand recommendation with share of mind with Dermatologists and / or allergists
- Experience with marketing / digital marketing strategies
- Proven ability to think strategically as well as execution of brand plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex customer & internal relationships
- Strong communicator, both written and verbally with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and with a team is ready to hit the ground running
