Job Duties :
- Directly supervise staff including coaching and performance evaluations.
- Recruit and hire personnel
- Review technician schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Oversee implementation of field service tools
- Review daily work reports and start-up submissions
- Manage Warranty process and filter warranty requests from contractors
- Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed
- Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety program is adhered to by all Service staff
Required :
- 5+ years of experience in the mechanical industry (HVAC / Plumbing)
- 5+years of experience as a manager
- 3+ years current experience with HVAC Operations
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must have strong skillset in HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Strong understanding of HVAC & Plumbing functions
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have stable background / work history to be considered for this position
