What will your responsibilities be?
- Proactively communicating with institutional and retail clients and other stakeholders (e.g., providing information about the Orbis Funds, participating in client onboarding processes including Know-Your-Client / Anti-Money Laundering, and updating the client database and activity records).
- Building relationships and working closely with other global client and operations teams and business units to effectively service our clients.
- Owning key responsibilities related to the transaction cycle of the Orbis Funds. This includes verifying client transactions and validating sensitive client information.
- Leading impactful projects and initiatives to develop pragmatic improvements and innovative solutions by working collaboratively with our dedicated technology team.

Your qualifications & experience
- Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
- 1-3 years of professional experience with a proven track record of success and progression (this can include internships, co-op work placements)
- The following are not mandatory, but will be an asset : Keen interest in the investment industryCurrently completing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) program
What We Offer
The annual base salary for this position will be between $60,000 and $65,000 per year excluding benefits. The total compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus.
