Role : ERP Project Coordinator

About the Role and Job :
- Support the ERP project managers and the project team in delivering the ERP project successfully. Responsibilities will include creating and updating the project plan, schedule, budget, and scope;
- coordinating and facilitating the project meetings, workshops, and training sessions; communicating and reporting the project status, risks, issues, and changes to the project manager and other stakeholders;
- managing and tracking the project resources, deliverables, and documentation; assisting the project manager in quality assurance, testing, and deployment of the ERP system;
as well as providing end-user support and feedback during and after the project implementation.
Requirements :
Minimum years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with risk management and issue resolution.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (, Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with vendor and stakeholder management.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Certification in project management (, PMP) is a plus.
