About the Role
Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office.
We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Maintain a keen awareness of current events and trends in programmatic advertising to set the direction for the team.
- Process Creation and Optimization :
- Create and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement new project management tools and streamline workflows to increase productivity.
- Team Development :
- Develop comprehensive development plans for each team member and enable them to grow
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Lead the Campaigns and Data & Reporting teams.
- Campaign Management :
- Ensure efficient marketing campaign development and execution.
- Analyze gathered campaign data to develop and refine strategies for key clients (1-2 clients).
- Ensure that campaigns are completed on time and within budget.
- Optimization and Growth :
- Lead optimization strategies on top accounts, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
- Effectively scale up revenue for ROAS-focused clients.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Build comprehensive optimization reports and provide insights and recommendations to surpass set goals.
- Monitor daily key performance indicators to interpret data and gauge the success of initiatives.
- Conduct deep analytical dives into data and suggest A / B tests.
- Audit budget pacing and provide reallocation recommendations.
Skills + Experience
- 10+ years of experience in a paid media management role, either in an agency or an in-house marketing position
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, experience leading leaders is required
- Experience with digital media planning & buying
- Certified on DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta
- Set-up experience on Search Ads (Google, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo) & DV360
- Set-up experience on Meta Business Manager, CM360, and familiarity with other demand-side platforms
- Familiar with media & research tools like ComScore, Emarketer, etc
- Experienced in Google Tag Manager to understand tags and be able to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboards, macros, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the ad tech landscape
- Capacity to work under pressure on various business verticals
- Excellent English communication skills (in-person, phone & email)
- Strong attention to detail is required

The pay range for this role is :
140,000 - 180,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
