We are looking for a motivatedand resultsdriven Senior Sales Manager who will oversee and enhanceour fastpaced sales operations.

This role will be pivotal inmanaging a highperforming sales team and driving revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success insales management exceptional leadership skills and the ability tobuild strong relationships with clients all overCanada.

  • Carry out full sales deals that match company aims and marketchances. Spot target markets set sales goals and make action plansto reach revenuetargets.
  • Encouragepush and lead a group of sales associates. Set performance targetsgive coaching and training and do performance reviews to make surethe team works well andgrows.
  • Userevenue boosting methods to increase sales get new clients and keepmore customers. Watch sales performance numbers and change plans asneeded to hit revenuegoals.
  • Studymarket trends customer needs and the competitive scene. Useinsights to make choices based on data and change sales tactics asneeded.
  • Createand keep strong ties with key clients and stakeholders. Meet clientneeds solve problems and make sure customers aresatisfied.
  • Giveregular sales reports and breakdowns to top management. Keep an eyeon progress towards goals look at performance data and spot areasto make processesbetter.

Requirements

  • Atleast 45 years in sales management. Show proof of boosting revenueand guiding topnotch salesteams.
  • Solidteam leadership and management skills. Proof of setting goalscoaching and helping team membersgrow.
  • Skillto study market shifts and make choices based ondata.
  • Greatat talking and writing. Able to share ideas and connect well withclients key people and teammembers.
  • Handsonwith CRM systems and sales tools. At ease using tech to make saleswork better andfaster.
  • Greatat breaking down problems and finding solutions. Can keep track ofsales figures make sense of them and come up with smartplans.
  • Dedicatedto giving topnotch service to customers and getting what theyneed.
