Job Title : Senior Manager Business Risk & Reporting

Location : Toronto, ON

Duration : + Months

Daily Responsibilities :

  • Manage team of , head a shared services group of risk data and reporting specialists.
  • Reporting to the Sr Director, manage a team of , who process risk events, prepare KRIs, manage Tableau dashboards of bank’s risk data, prepare monthly and quarterly risk reports for Sr Executives etc.

Must Have Skills :

  • University degree or equivalent
  • years of experience in leading operational risk practices, audit, or compliance functions
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of reporting managers / Sr Analysts
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, research, and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively
  • Ability to deal effectively with senior managers and multiple stakeholders
  • People management experience

Nice-to-have :

  • MBA or CA or CFA
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management and products, processes, and organization
  • Ability to create an impact on the business and influence others
  • Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Office programs
  • Tableau experience
