HIRING MIG WELDERS IN SOUTH CALGARY

Job Description

You will be working on a team MIG Tack welding / fitting to fabricate all types of enclosures for electrical wiring panels being shipped out to the oil field and other industries.

You will have to read and interpret welding blueprints, be okay with simpler work and repetitive work. You will be doing lighter welding and very easy tacking (flat / horizontal) for jigs and frames.

You will need an understanding of gages on the welding machine and be familiar with the speed of the machine. Split for fitting and welding is 50-50.

Must Haves :

• Journeyman Welder
• Active CWB tickets - flat
• 1.5+ years welding / fabrication / fitting
• Ability to read tape measure understand metric system
• Read manufacturing Blueprints
• Experience MIG welding

Unticketed and apprentices are welcome as long as they have the experience and CWB tickets

Shift :

• Days : Mon Fri 6am 4.30 pm
• Afternoons : 2.30 pm 1am $2 premium for afternoons
