Remote / Hybrid : Hybrid (Tuesdays + 2nd Friday of the month. There will be additional days required in office if there are events we are running on non-core days)

Job Description :
The Business Consultant provides support and consulting within Technology Operations by elevating the employee experience through employee engagement events and supporting the VPs with communications.
Role Description :
- Support the VPs within Technology Operations
- Create, maintain and execute on VP communication strategy & tactics
- Support VP in communicating their strategy, goals and priorities to the larger team.
- Plan & coordinate VP townhalls & employee events.
- Recommend & implement process improvements across VPs groups
- Ensure VP purpose & branding is defined, represented and communicated on all The Bank's media platforms
Business management office in tech operations.
Team supports about employees and CWs.
Supporting employee engagement events like townhalls.
Execution of those events.
Planning those themes, food, coordinating with AV team.
Any other employee type events that could be virtual.
Talking topics, learning development, bringing in guest speakers.
Outside of employee engagement type events they would support execs with communications.
craft posts on workplace (social media platform) or craft Communications for updates. Really supporting the executives.
Must Have Requirement :
- 3+ Years experience as a Business Consultant or in Communications
- Executive assistant background
- Experience managing an event budget
Nice to Have :
- Any FI Experience
- Requirement gathering with VPs
