Operations Manager
Precast Concrete Products
Salary : $120-$135K, negotiable based on experience
OUR CLIENT
On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join them and optimize their growth.
We are looking for someone who is energized to focus on sales, engineering & operations including quality management and environmental compliance.
This role will optimize core business growth, continuously improve sales processes.
This is a leadership role that thrives to provide day-to-day coaching and support to achieve sales targets, develops creative business process improvements and understands lean operating methodologies and strategy.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- P.Eng with experience in precast concrete
- Ability to build effective teams, influence others and demonstrate positive attitudes that are in line with core company values
- Ability to coach and mentor employees promoting an environment of continuous learning and growth
- Collaborative work style - able to lead groups successfully and contribute as a team member
- Relationship builder - able to build and develop strategic internal and external relationships
- Communication - Ensures timely and effective dissemination of direction and information to the team. Ability to communicate complex challenges in a productive way
- Experience in overcoming resistance to change
