Generations Cleaning stands as a flourishing enterprise catering to a diverse array of commercial clients, ranging from expansive retail establishments to condominiums, co-operatives, apartment complexes, offices, medical facilities, and industrial or manufacturing sites.
Presently, we're on the lookout for a Part-Time Building Superintendent to oversee a building in Mississauga, this is a bi-weekly position, and you are also to be on call Wednesdays and Fridays.

Position : Part-Time Superintendent
Shift : 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm, bi-weekly
Hours : 8 hours bi-weekly
Rate : $20.00 per hour
On-Call : Wednesdays and Fridays between 5 : 00pm-9 : 00pm (paid at 1.5x your regular rate)
Responsibilities :
- Suite Inspections : Conduct thorough inspections of residential units as needed.
- Hallway Inspections : Regularly inspect and maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas.
- Light Bulb Replacement : Address any burnt-out bulbs promptly.
- Litter Cleanup : Ensure tidiness indoors and outdoors by promptly picking up litter.
- Garbage Room Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization in garbage disposal areas.
- Waste Removal : Manage garbage and recycling removal efficiently.
- Tenant Requests : Attend to various tenant requests, including those related to dishwasher, faucet, and plumbing issues.
- Sliding Door Installation : Execute installations of sliding doors as needed.
- Paint Touch-Ups : Undertake minor paint touch-ups to maintain aesthetic appeal.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in junior-level repairs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
