A leading real estate developer is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist / Administrator to join the site office of a luxury residential tower in Yorkville .
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading real estate developer known for delivering high-end residential communities.
The role will begin as a 12-month contract with the potential for long-term growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with a proactive and friendly approach.
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for homeowners, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area.
- Support the site office team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
