Our client, a leading consulting provider is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Sr. Director / Vice President / Sales Executive, with 15+ years of Management Consulting or Industry leadership experience.
The role will be responsible for leading retail and telecom client growth strategies and sales initiatives for management consulting and large-scale transformation programs.
Your Experience will include :
Business domain depth in selling services to sub segments- Grocery, Quick Service Retail, Fashion, Convenience Stores, Hard good retailers, CP companies etc.
Foster careers for team members in sales and delivery. Experience in selling to Telecom firms with domain knowledge will be an added advantage
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Develop and execute client business development and sales strategies / account plans / activities in meeting sales targets
- Hunter who can help with strong set of market client CXO relations and acquisition of new logos in Retail, Services and Telecom sector
- Work with our client’s Business Lines to create joint ownership, targets, and execution plans when projects have multiple business lines participating
- Strong experience with SPIN selling and demonstrating business acumen in selling IT- Apps, Infrastructure / Cloud, Data, BPO, network services and ERP / Supply Chain programs
- Governance and relationships management of sold business to drive strong account growth, client satisfaction and key metrics
- Experience on selling and delivering large managed services and business
transformation deals
