As our CustomerSuccess Manager Onboarding you will be responsible for onboardingnew SysAid customers and setting them up for immediate success byfacilitating the implementation process.

Workingclosely with our Sales Professional Services Customer Success andCustomer Care teams you will use your strong communication andtechnical skills to support new customers.

Your primaryresponsibility will be to own the onboarding and enablementexperience provide the best possible first impression and help themrealize the value that SysAid brings to theirbusiness.

As a CSM Onboarding Specialist you willbe the first point of contact for any new customer and will own theresponsibility of the onboarding process.

By coordinatingactivities allocating resources and facilitating the resolution oftechnical problems you will ensure a timely and efficient adoptionof the SysAid solution.

SysAid prioritizesdelivering an outstanding customer experience and this is the firststep in the process. To be successful in this role the CSMOnboarding needs to :

  • Thrive in helpingcustomers
  • Possess excellent communicationskills via phone and email.
  • Can learn quicklynew technologies and communicate those concepts to customers withvarying degrees of technical expertise.
  • Own acollaborative approach as a key factor in this role. It is expectedto contribute ideas and improvements to the overall onboardingprocess

Theideal candidate is experienced in SaaS who loves helping customersand is comfortable with technical and highly configurable SaaSsolutions.

Attention to detail strong communication skills and acustomercentric orientation are required.

Requirements :

  • Promote a customer firstapproach at all times.
  • Become an SysAid domainexpert.
  • Understand the goals &objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriatelythrough the implementation and onboardingprocess.
  • Track and hit key implementationmilestones.
  • Schedule KickOff and other regularmeetings to walk the customer through our implementationprocess;
  • Review expectations requirements andtimeline
  • Work with the Professional Servicesteam to prepare the project plan and ensure to highlight of majormilestones
  • Maintain a high level of engagementthrough the implementation process to ensure satisfaction andsmooth delivery of solutions as per customer requirements andtimelines
  • Responsible for setting a solidfoundation for the customer whilst minimizing time tovalue
  • Prepare a Joint Success Plan with thecustomer to align on business goals andobjectives
  • Setting the customer up for successfor the golive date sharing best practices and equipping thecustomer and their teams with the right tools required to get fullutilization fromSysAid
