Description
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, ensuring exceptional client service, leading a team of account executives (80% inbound) & sales operators (deal management), and ensuring exceptional client service.
Working closely with the CGO, RevOps and our management team, your primary focus will be to enhance / streamline our sales processes and strategies, maximize revenue generation, foster a high-performance sales culture and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles ideally within the financial services industry, particularly in lending, factoring or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and lead high-performance sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related technologies.
- A dynamic and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales excellence
Responsibilities
Sales team leadership :
- Champion a motivating culture of sales excellence that inspires success, where creativity and cross-functional collaboration drive performance.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to execute inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations and professional development opportunities to ensure individual and team results.
Support team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Present regular sales reports and updates to the management team, offering valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Strategy, Operations & Process Improvement :
- Collaborate with the CGO and RevOps to establish sales goals / targets, implement effective sales methodologies, refine approaches and drive best practices to optimize performance.
- Regularly track progress through leveraging CRM systems and data analytics to track sales metrics, generate insightful reports, and identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations including ensuring efficiency, accuracy and adherence to established processes as well as addressing client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., credit / risk, finance, marketing, and client success) to streamline sales-related activities, reimagine the client journey (from lead acquisition >

to account management) to enhance the client and internal stakeholders’ experience.
