The Role :

Delcit Inc. urgently Needs an Information Technology (IT) Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / SCM / Commerce or Retail in a Full-Time role.

Essential Functions :

• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Projects.
• Working with business stakeholders to understand the goals and objectives of the project / assignment.
• Involved in requirements gathering process, quantifying business case, and defining system / functional goals.
• Involved in business process review, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Project scoping, analysis & estimates.
• Develops, plans, and implements end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), and work with business users closely.
• Provide leadership in solving complex problems and driving innovation to improve the project's overall efficiency.
• Analysis, configure, test, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 at the client sites.
• Maintaining communication between the implementation team and the finance subject matter experts (SME).
• Involved in presales activities such as product presentation, and proposal preparation.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the use of the solution.
• Train end-users on efficient use of the solution, share tips and tricks
• Provide support at deployment and post-go-live to end-users.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / SCM / Retail.
• Microsoft Dynamics Certification in Finance / SCM / Retail or Commerce.
• Experience participating in all stages of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation projects.
• Expertise in writing functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must have :

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified Consultant
• 3 years experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a combination of related experience and education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience participating in all stages of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation projects.
• Expertise in writing functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials.
• Use of DevOps, RSAT, Writing Test Case, Running Test Runner experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.

Employment details :

Type and Duration : Full Time, Permanent, Day, and Flexible hours

Compensation : Salary : $86,000 / year, 40 hours / week
