Our well-respected client in Calgary is currently seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join their dynamic team.
As the Payroll & HR Administrator your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to :
- Full cycle payroll
- Reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger
- Remitting payroll taxes and governmental reporting
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements
- Establish / maintain employee records
- Administer group benefits program
- Preparing HR documents
- Updating internal HR databases
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements :
Don't miss this great opportunity as a Payroll & HR Administrator with our client. The successful Payroll & HR Administrator will possess the following :
- 2+ years Full cycle payroll experience
- Post-secondary payroll or HR education preferred
- Oil and Gas experience preferred
- Experience with SAP, Ceridian, and U.S. payroll experience is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
