M3C is looking for a Project Manager inIT / ESG / H&S (ID622) locatedin Ontario or Qu bec. The mandate is for 12 months (renewable) andits 100% remote work with occasional travel to different sites(domestic and international) when required.

Theresponsibilities of the Project Manager are :
- Deliveringa variety of projects with varying sizes methodologies domains andlevels of complexity. Typically they will oversee multiple projectsincluding one major project and several less complexones;
- Responsiblefor monitoring and controlling each of PMIs knowledge areas acrossall phases of eachproject;
- Managethe human material financial and technological resources requiredfor delivering projects in accordance with established processesand bestpractices;
- Understandthe technological and application aspects of the projects tosupport the team and raise relevantquestions;
- Manageand support various stakeholders in changemanagement;
- Managerelationships with external suppliers and monitor and controlservice deliveryagreements;
- Provideproject reporting at various levels of theorganization.
Requirements
Therequirementsare :
- Knowledgeand experience on selecting purchasing and implementing ofcorporatesolutions;
- Hasrealized ERPs projects particularly withJDE;
- Hasrealized ESG and health & safetyprojects;
- Ableto manage projects with multipletimezones;
- Hasexperience in change management for project impactingendusers;
- Highlyautonomous with demonstrated leadershipskills;
- Willingnessto contribute to improve the project management practices toolsprocesses and share his / her experiences with the PMteam;
- Resultand SolutionsOriented. Able to find solutions to problems in apositiveapproach;
- Hasdemonstrated a high competence in communication and simplifyingcomplexconcepts;
- Certificationor Master inPM;
- Ableto traveloccasionally.
- Knowledge and experience on selecting, purchasing and implementingof a corporate solution; Has realized ERPs projects, particularlywith JDE;
- Has realized projects with multiple time-zone; Hasexperience in change management for project impacting end-users;Highly autonomous with demonstrated leadership skills;
- Willingnessto contribute to improve the project management practices, tools,processes and share his / her experiences with the PM team;
