PositionOverview :

The Sales DevelopmentRepresentative will play a critical role in finding and engagingnew business leads. The representative will use bothcompanyprovided lists and their own prospecting skills to identifyopportunities for the estimators to bid on projects.

ExcellentEnglish communication skills both written and verbal are essentialas the candidate will connect with potential clients through callsand emails.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails tobusinesses in Alabama to generate newleads.
  • Identify potential clients and businessopportunities through prospecting andresearch.
  • Qualify leads and forward them toestimators for bidding.
  • Maintain detailedrecords of client interactions and follow up asneeded.
  • Use software such as Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Outlook and Google Voice for daytodaytasks.

Qualifications :

  • Strong proficiency in English (both spoken andwritten).
  • Experience in business development orsales preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability toprospect and research potential leadsindependently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Outlook and Google Voice.

NicetoHaves :

  • Previous experience working in a remote salesdevelopment role.
  • Familiarity with businessdevelopment in the construction or serviceindustries.
