Main purpose of job :
Greeting families, dealing with day to day office organization tasks through software, creating invoices, dealing with sales & becoming proficient in monument design software.

Salary :
Competitive office salary with lots of room to grow. Possible commission-based sales opportunity upon completion of training.
Main Tasks of job :
1. Educating, supporting & communicating with families while handling in-person and online sales
2. Responding to emails in a timely manner
3. Providing quotes for the retail and wholesale sides of the business
4. Monument design & consulting through a CAD software program
5. Layouts for monument inscriptions through a CAD software program
6. Organizing wholesale & retail monument orders through our online tracking software
7. Sending invoices
8. Putting together efficient routes for daily inscription work
9. Keeping track of employee hours
Licenses, registrations and qualifications :
Tech Savvy, organized, preferred but not needed sales experience
