Working Location : Toronto, World of Hearing (Full Time)
Reporting to : Advanced Bionics Client Services Manager
A day in the life of a Client Care Coordinator involves :
- Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
- Product ordering and inventory management
- Shipping of return merchandise (RMA), sales items to clients / clinics / hospitals
- Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
- Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships
- Assist with minor in-clinic device repairs as needed

- You possess strong communication and customer service skills
- You have training in a medical office setting or other administrative role
- You have experience or would enjoy working on and reconciling accounts receivable
