Description

  • Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, including reservations, guest services, bookings, and staff coordinationEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concernsProvide operational input and support as a trusted partner to the General Manager.
  • Sales & Marketing : Develop and execute pricing and sales strategies to boost occupancy and expand market reach.Plan and coordinate marketing activities with external agencies, promoting the location across multiple channels.

Manage online listings and partnerships with travel agencies.

Guest Experience & Product Development : Lead the development of new guest packages, outdoor experiences, and services.

Contribute to cabin renovations, ensuring quality and comfort standards are met.

  • Team Leadership : Train, develop, and oversee staff to ensure a high standard of service.Implement and uphold operational standards to enhance the guest experience.
  • Financial Management : Oversee accounting functions, track expenses, and optimize financial performance.Develop annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring progress toward financial goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a hotel or resort General Manager.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the fishing and hunting tourism industry is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work hands-on and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the outdoors and wilderness.
