Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assisting with commercial sales, acquisitions, lease and financing
- Preparing reporting letters to clients
- Conducting various searches
The ideal candidate will have :
- At least three years of experience with real estate and conveyancing, ideally with some commercial real estate experience.
- Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel and document / knowledge management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary : $83,000 $100,000 per year dependent on experience.
