FUNCTIONS : Operations
Operations
- Answer phone, book and change appointments, perform sales transactions.
- Provide team members with daily appointment bookings and ensure timeliness.
- Ensure the boutique / spa is clean, organized and inviting to clients and guests.
Stock and properly merchandise paper goods, retail supplies and Caudalie products.
Communicate merchandise, supply and general needs to Boutique Manager.
Launder, fold and restock linens and communicate any maintenance needs to Boutique Manager.
Support Boutique Manager with daily operational tasks, events and ad-hoc tasks.
- Notify Boutique Manager of any appointment / scheduling issues, complaints and all client feedback.
- Perform opening / closing tasks that may include cleaning, drawer counts and safety checks.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Customer Relations and Sales
- Develop a deep knowledge about the brand, products and services.
- Promote products, services and business knowledgeably.
- Take initiative to present and sell merchandise in a professional manner.
- Meet needs and exceed expectations of clients.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous and professional when problem solving.
- Assist with event set-up and support Boutique Manager with event logistics and execution.
- Provide excellent customer service and has superior communication skills.
- Participate in various training events to broaden knowledge and skills.
- Communicate with the Manager regarding stock needs, customer preferences, and special events
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications :
Education / Experience
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
- 2 years of work experience in hospitality, beauty or luxury.
Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with proper telephone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible, desire to learn and grow, self-motivated, sales and results driven.
- Detail oriented, high energy, positive, team player, passionate and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking software, POS systems and technology.
Work Hours & Location
- This position is located in Brossard, Quebec, CA
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.
