What You Will Do
Provide technical support and advice to customers, sales representatives, and product managers on applications, product performance, installation, and critical topics.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving complex problems during installation phases of projects.
Participate in the technical training of staff and clients in the use of company products.
Provide field product support, operations support, installation of new systems, customer hardware / software training, problem solving, product trial / development support, sales demonstrations, and undertake business trips.
Participate occasionally in product technical reviews, impact assessments of new releases and reviews of competitive activity and recommend product enhancements to engineering and sales staff.
Prepare documentation with regards to modifications, troubleshooting procedures, and problem resolutions.
Responsible for maintaining a quality customer database.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
University degree in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing,
Navigation, GIS, Geography or related field.
Knowledge and experience in Mobile Mapping, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
Knowledge in GNSS / IMU technology is preferred.
Ability to describe complex technical facts in an understandable way.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to undertake business trips for training purposes.
Ability to manage stressful situations.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

About Your Location
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need.
Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
