Advisor Service Centre Representative
Unilingual (English only) positions available.
You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
Please note all roles require working rotating shifts - Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST for our Advisor Service Centre teams.

What You Will Do
As an Advisor Service Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing service to Fidelity’s existing and prospective clients, which includes brokers / dealers, individual investors and administrative support partners.
While providing this service it is expected that the client receives accurate answers to the service inquires in an efficient and courteous manner.
- You will provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.
- You will work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.
- You will represent Fidelity as you are responsible for answering our clients’ request for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis.
What We Are Looking For
- College Diploma preferred (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a call center would be an asset.
- Experience in the financial services industry or a mutual fund company is an asset.
- Advanced communication skills English (verbal and written) is required.
