Senior Technical Program Manager

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager to be the bridge between our clients’ goals and our product & development teams.

Key Responsibilities :
Drive Product & Development Priorities : Lead the lifecycle of development projects, from ticket creation to completion.
Spot roadblocks before they appear , manage dependencies and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.
- Client Relationship Management : Be a trusted advisor with clients. Translate their needs into actionable tasks and help shape development priorities to enhance their success and experience with us.
- Quality Assurance and Process Improvement : Conduct acceptance testing for recently completed tickets, pinpoint gaps and analyze any failures, and work closely with engineering team to drive continuous process improvements.
Use feedback loops to ensure all initiatives are hitting the mark
Mentorship and Team Development : Guide and mentor to members who can learn from you and come seek advice. Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration within Technical Success team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years experience working with Jira and process optimization (Jira administration is a plus).
- Proven Track record of successfully managing complex projects and fostering client relationships.
- Solid grasp of Agile or Scrum Principals and a deep understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Analytical thinker who can troubleshoot, resolve issues promptly, and keep projects moving forward.
