Our client is a global company. They are looking for a Tax Manager who will be responsible for assisting with tax compliance, provision, forecasting, planning, audit defense and administration matters.

About the Opportunity

• Prepare IFRS and / or US GAAP tax provisions and forecasts of global sites
• Prepare income tax and indirect tax returns, information returns, and reports
• Assist in transfer pricing analyses and computations, country-by-country reporting and reviewing transfer pricing reports
• Assist in ensuring that new developments in tax are conveyed to the appropriate people in the company and that processes are developed to ensure that the company is in compliance with laws and regulations
• Assist in gathering or preparing documentation, and responding to queries from internal / external / government auditors
• Support global tax planning and process improvement initiatives, as well as other tax related matters on an ad hoc basis

About You

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Completion of CPA designation, or MTax
• Knowledge of corporate income taxation and accounting for income taxes under IFRS and / or US GAAP;

Salary Range

Up to $115,000 / year
