- Consistently offer friendly andefficient service and exceed guestexpectations
- To respond to guest orders andrequests in a timely fashion
- Ensure that thework area is clean neat and sanitized pre post and throughoutshift
- Ensure that all equipment is in goodworking order and to report any malfunctions to your directsupervisor / manager
- Bartending and guest suiteserving will be required including amenityorders
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items anddietary requirements being prepared to answer any guest questionsin a concise manner
- Ensure accuracy whenreading room numbers cover count guest name food and beverage itemsand specific guest requests
- Complete allassigned side duties includingmiseenplace
- Attend all preshift briefings andany meetings designated by the supervisor
- Usecooperation and teamwork to provide guests with quality and promptservice
- Be accountable in handling end of shiftreports and closing of bills
- To have fullunderstanding of the correct use of dishware glassware andcutlery
- The server will have read andunderstood all hotel policies and procedures rules and regulationsas outlined in the employee handbook
- Ensurestables and trays are removed from guest suites hallways main andeast landings in a prompt manner
- Adhere to ALLSafe Standards ensuring all hygiene and prevention measures arebeing met
- Adhere to alcohol handling proceduresand policies
- Adhere to all LQA standards setfor the department
- Will work weekendsholidays and shift work as scheduled
- Any othertasks asassigned
Qualifications :
- Previousexperience in food and beverage required IRD experience a strongasset
- Cash / non cash handling abilitiesrequired
- Excellent interpersonal and teamplayer attitude
- Smart serve training programcertification
