Our client in the professional services sector is looking for a contract based Business Analyst with experience in data-driven customer journeys in financial services sector.
Location : Hybrid 2d - 3d / week Toronto
Duration : 5 months + extension option
Responsibilities
- Customer Data Analysis : Analyze customer data to identify patterns and insights that inform and tailor business automation rules for marketing efforts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that personalization strategies align with and support business goals within the MarTech stack, while also identifying technology gaps and requirements.
- Testing and Optimization : Lead the development of testing agendas for personalization capabilities, analyze results, and synthesize recommendations to optimize initiatives.
- Project Documentation and Reporting : Maintain project documentation and generate reports to track the performance of personalization initiatives, identifying optimization opportunities across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Business, and Data departments to integrate personalization initiatives, ensuring they are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
Requirements :
- 5+ years experience in Proven experience in customer data analysis and identifying insights for marketing automation.
- 5+ years experience with martech stack and ability to document business requirements and align them with business goals and technology capabilities.
- Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, and Azure DevOps (ADO) for journey and funnel analysis.
- Strong project management skills, including business casing, testing personalization capabilities, and analyzing results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project documentation.
