Cloud Security andOperations Engineer (Amazon Connect)Remote
Ourclient in the insurance industry is seeking a Cloud Security andOperations Engineer to support the migration of over 60 contactcenters to the Amazon Connect platform.
This role will focus onenhancing the security and stability of AWS infrastructures whilecollaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation incontact centertechnologies.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $90 to $104 based onexperience.
4month contract withthe potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Workschedule : flexible hours (8 : 30 am to 4 : 30pm).
Enjoy the flexibility ofremote work.
Occasional officevisits located in Toronto orWaterloo.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with Cloud Engineering IT business partners andapplication teams to create and manage IAM roles ensuring properpolicies and AD groups are inplace.
Configure AWS SecretsManager and document all infrastructurechanges.
Secure AWS cloudplatforms specifically focusing on IAM VPC security andKMS.
Support and developenhancements to the Amazon Connect platform including theintegration of new AWS services.
Perform infrastructure security reviews and provide guidance onsecurity improvements across the contact centerenvironment.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field orequivalent industry experience.
35 years of experience in securing cloud platforms particularlyAWS.
At least 1 year of handsonexperience with Amazon Connect.
Proficiency with AWS technologies such as DynamoDB S3CloudFormation and CloudWatch.
Experience working with remote teams and managing complexmultiregion cloudinfrastructures.
Knowledge ofPython and Active Directory is aplus.
Strong communication skillswith the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly todifferentteams.
